1. Cancellation Policy
The order may be cancelled before shipment under the following conditions:
On customer request, if the product has not been shipped yet.
If the specific product is out of stock.
If the order could not be shipped within the specified timeline and the customer requests cancellation.
If the shipping address is not serviceable.
Note: If due to unavoidable circumstances we cannot ship your order, we will process a full refund including shipping costs.
2. Return Policy
Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or received in a damaged condition. We do not accept returns for opened health supplements due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Reporting Window: Return requests must be made within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. If the product is not as described on the website, you must notify us within 24 hours.
Process: Please contact our customer service team. Once approved, we will provide the return address. The product must be securely packaged and sent back along with a note detailing the reason for the return. We must receive the returned product within 7 days of your initial contact.
3. Refund & Replacement Process
Replacements: Upon receiving and verifying the returned damaged/defective product, a replacement or exchange product will be shipped & delivered within 5 to 7 days.
Refunds (for Cancellations/Unavailable Replacements): Once a cancellation or refund is confirmed, we will initiate the refund to the original mode of payment within 5 to 7 days.
Note: The refund amount will be processed after deducting the actual payment gateway charges. Refunds made through Credit/Debit Cards will reflect in your next bank statement.
