1. Shipping Coverage
We presently offer shipping to addresses within India by courier or by post only.
2. Order Processing Time
We normally process and dispatch orders within 2 to 3 days from the placement of the order. Highly customized orders may take up to 6 days to dispatch.
3. Delivery Timelines
• Your order will generally be delivered within 4 to 6 days after dispatch, depending on the delivery address.
• For certain remote cities or towns, delivery may take up to 8 working days from the time of pick-up.
4. Shipping Charges
We charge a standard delivery fee of Rs. 150 for all orders up to 6 kg in weight.
5. Address Accuracy
• To ensure timely delivery, please make sure your correct PIN code and contact number are provided during registration.
• The billing address mentioned on the order must match the credit card details if you choose that payment method.
6. Change of Address
If you wish to change the shipping address after placing the order, you must email us at info@athayurdhamah.com within 24 hours, mentioning your order number. We will accept the change only if your order has not been dispatched.
